Wholesalers Program Terms & Conditions. We’re excited to work with you. Here’s how we keep wholesale simple, and easy to use.

1. Ordering & Minimums

Our wholesale pricing is tiered so you can grow with us. You can mix and match products across all tiers:

• Tier One: 10–49 units → $12.50 each (minimum 10 units) — use code MIGWSLE
• Tier Two: 50–99 units → $11.25 each (minimum 50 units) — use code MIG5
• Tier Three: 100+ units → $10.00 each (minimum 100 units) — use code MIG10

2. Pricing & Payment

• Wholesale pricing is provided upon account approval.
• We invoice at the time of order. Payment is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change, but we’ll give you advance notice.

3. Shipping

• Orders ship from Philadelphia, PA.
• Shipping cost is added to your invoice.
• We do our best to ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated.

4. Returns & Damages

• Damaged or incorrect items? Let us know within 5 business days so we can make it right.
• We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.

5. Selling Our Products

• Approved for sale in your physical store and/or your own website.
• Not authorized for resale on Etsy, Amazon, or other third-party marketplaces unless we agree in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, copy, and images remain the property of Make It Grand, LLC. Please request permission before using our images in marketing.

7. Ending the Agreement

• Either party may end the relationship at any time with written notice.
• Any orders already placed will be fulfilled and invoiced as agreed.
