Non-returnable Items

Shipping Origin
Products are shipped from the Philadelphia area or from fulfillment centers managed by Shopify for clothing items.
Shipping Carrier
Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). On occasion, orders may be shipped via FedEx. The carrier is selected by our fulfillment team, and unfortunately, customers are unable to choose a specific shipping carrier.
Shipping Timeline
Orders generally take 2-4 business days to process. After processing, shipping typically takes 5 business days. During peak seasons, such as holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays), shipping times may be longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Expedited Shipping
We do not typically offer next-day or expedited shipping. If you have an urgent request, please contact us at info@makeit-grand.com, and we will evaluate the possibility of accommodating your needs.
Missing Packages
If tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking around your property (e.g., under the mat or in a mailbox) and with nearby neighbors. If the package is still missing, please contact your local postal service to verify delivery details. In the event the package cannot be located, contact us at info@makeit-grand.com within 14 days of the tracking update, and we will issue a one-time replacement.
